Vaughn wasn't looking for 90 right down the pipe on 1-1

He’s looking for his pitch to fly out to the warning track

  • So this pitcher grew up in your organization and you have no clue with any kind of an approach against him   If this is not on the hitting coach then what is??????????

hard for me to blame kopech

this inept offense putting so much pressure on pitching it's unbelievable.

I see no adjustments being made to try and get the ball in the air.  It’s ridiculous

I haven’t watched as much lately, but it certainly seems like they have been told to take a specific approach at the plate. I just don’t understand how anyone in the organization can think this “plan” is working.

This may be worst loss of year guy has not won home game in Texas ever!

Starting to think it would be better to limit Twins' payroll flexibility by Correa opting back in next year...

It's like Dylan Covey with Sox...

Vaughn takes two sinkers right down the plate and then chases a horrible pitch.  Just what the fuck are these guys doing

Its got to be zone hitting or something because there have been a number of balls that have ended up middle middle and no one is taking a pass at them. Its like they are expecting him to be wild and then when he isnt they quickly end up down 0-2 and then just chase everything.

You’re lucky to not watch much as the at bats have never been worse.  Anderson, Grandal and Moncada especially look like the worst hitters in the world. It seems like just a matter of time before the pitching regresses, as they offense looks as dead as it has all season.  Sadly, they miss Burger’s ability to hit the ball out of the park.

They’ll find someone good, that’s an organization on the rise.

But picking zones that lead to lowest slugging percentage?

Looks like the Twins are going to be tough tonight...playing with confidence again.

They  miss everyone's ability to hit it out of the park.

Lewis will miss another year but Gordon has been super impressive recently...looking more and more like his brother.  Tom should be proud.

Kopech's stuff just went down the drain this inning.

I never said the approach made sense. No one here can figure out what it is.

Burger had like 2 or 3 games this year where his bat single-handedly won the game for the Sox.  Definitely can’t say that about Yoan.

Cy Dunning the one that got away

Back then it was a real tough call between him and Cease for Game 3 against the A's.

how is it possible that Kopech is throwing 90 mph fastballs?

3.1 IP and done. Gracious.

I still think he needs an IL trip
