It's OK, because Tony built up a big lead in the first half, and now they are primarily playing to enter October healthy.

I see only seven, and three are on the IL (Anderson & Burger + Mendick).

Active: Aberu .850; Vaughn .813; Robert .791; Jimenez .782

Seby is 709 and Harrison is 700 flat. But that is assuming no minimum sample size. Regardless, pretty sad state of affairs.

Man I went and looked at that 2015 Royals World Series roster.. that team was ass. They had an elite bullpen and got it done.

Cain Perez Hosmer Moustakas Gordon is a solid enough core...it's not like the 2005 White Sox lineup was filled with superstars either.

Just Konerko and Dye with Thomas out.

We had an elite bullpen and our starting pitchers went god mode once the playoffs started.. very similar.

We suck!

I just don't feel good about this game

The difference is Cotts and Politte weren't as repeatable as Herrera Davis Holland etc.

Why do we always play like shit against this team?

89.6 mph cutters over the plate go far

We should just make that an emoji.

Lololol royals have better offense than sox

I guess at this point Lynn is pitching to become tradeable or prove that they can count on him for 2023.

Damnit I have to mute the broadcast, just started an OMAD diet and the way that sandwich sounds is making my mouth water.

The Chicago White Sox have no offense. It doesn't exist.

Moncada is hitting the ball well, just needs some more oompf

Melendez has looked as good offensively as any Sox rookie not from Cuba the past decade...maybe Anderson and Beckham's rookie years.

Warning track power Yoan

2 pitches 2 outs?

That's pretty much the story of the season across the board for Sox hitters.

Simply pathetic by the offense. They just suck so much.  Amazing that they just don’t show up seemingly 80 pct of the time.

Lack of juiced ball has made going to center and opposite way not a great strategy

Maybe TLR just saved a bunch of money on his car insurance by switching to Geico and he’s content now with how things are going with the team.

Harrison the most dangerous power hitter.  Eight in a crowd retired by Singer.

Royals can preserve their pen for Game 2 as well.

Yes, I was going off the static stats through yesterday. Would say Harrison has a better chance of the two to finish over .700 if he stays healthy. Zavala will hit his highest MLB games caught this season, (3 2019, 33 2021, 33 2022), and will likely wear down a bit the final two months as he probably catches 3-4 games per week from here on out.

Ffs fire Menechino already. Earth to Hahn are you there!
