The more I see, the more I like letting Harrison go and having Gonzalez and Andrus in the infield next year. And Martin is a good addition to the staff, along with one to two good starting pitchers next year.

They need to move on from Andrus. Bring in a lefty hitting 2B, and let Romy platoon with them.

  • I would like to finish in front of the Twins.  I personally DGAF about the 14 basis point increase in the lottery.  So let's go 3-3 or better to finish, please.

You absolutely need a major left handed bat in the OF if you bring back Andrus.

Deal Sheets and pick up that bat then. Even though I like Sheets better than Vaughn.

Any suggestions for the dude at second?

I still think they should trade Vaughn, let Abreu walk and roll with a Sheets/Burger platoon at 1B.

Bunch of weak contact after the hits. Was hoping Perez could knock one in  and take some pressure off himself.

The first two innings epitomizes the Sox season.  Failure to move the runner to third with no outs in the first inning cost us us a run, and failed to score with men on second and third and one out in the second.  Padres turned a routine base hit into a double running on our LF and this cost us a run.

Is Vaughn for Chisholm possible?

Pretty sure the Rays have like 5 lefty hitting 2b that need to be rostered soon. You can start looking there although depending on the name not sure if starter quality.

I don't like the idea of trading Vaughn, but the 2nd idea is definitely intriguing.

Fathom and I have floated Vaughn++ for Jazz for awhile so hopefully.

Kolten Wong is an obvious name if the Brewers don't pick up his team option.

Sheets rakes against RHP, Burger against LHP.

Jazz is a stud, but trading AV for a 24 year old with serious back problems is scary.

No doubt it makes sense. That's part of why, unfortunately, Jose needs to go.

Personal opinion....Braves fans aren't the best.

They are the nut low in sports fandom.

That's Kolten Wong's music

He will be back in LF, only allowing the team to DH him because he is crippled.

I didn't know who Davis Martin even was before the season but he actually has the 3rd best stuff on the starting staff right now. You can maybe even argue he's 2nd since Kopech is super inconsistent.

Moncada double, AV knocking him in. We'll be seeing a lot of that in 2023.

I welcome back a strong left handed swing by Yoan.

Darn. That would have been fun.

The Sox should have 5 runs by now if they can just hit some sac flies.

That's gotta be the weakest .257 ever.  All I remember are 0fers from Harrison.

3 runs off Darvish for this lineup feels like an offensive explosion.
