Hate to be the realist in all this trade euphoria but why would the Sox trade everyone at one deadline? Isn’t that like putting all your eggs in one basket? What will this team do in the off-season or next year when everyone is gone? Putting a lot of pressure on getting it right, right now.

I would say the argument is that this is a great seller's market this year.

Sox started early so the fans would not have to watch.

True.  But, heretofore, we haven't traded anyone that we really didn't have to trade.
