I wonder how he feels now as when he signed with the Sox he stated “this is where I want to be”.

I think quality of life, getting paid a lot , close to Cincinnati and St. Louis -- he's probably doing fine.

Intellectually, I know Vaughn is slow, but I'm always shocked at just how slow he is.

1 run on a double, 2 singles, and a walk. That's not easy to do.

We should have scored at least a run more.

Moncada with an 8 game hitting streak. Maybe it was injuries.

He played with the Yankees and might not have liked that pressure cooker...similar to Boston.

I've never been too down on him. He seems like a decent guy plus I couldn't stand Pollock....talk about a guy who did not want to be here and showed it.

Vaughn and Eloy both have that issue. They crush balls, but can't lift. Eloy's power is such that sometimes the ball goes out anyway. Both guys hit too many ground balls/low liners.

Ha ha. Vaughn is slow. But we take that one too.
