C’mon boys, let’s take two here

That was insanely pathetic by Eloy

Man Vaughn with the slider. I wouldn’t throw him anything but sliders. I want they guy to do well but he needs to hold off on the sliders off the plate.

Nice loss

4-6 for 62-100

Yes, I think we all enjoy Bummer continuing to fail.

Great stuff. Somebody is gonna turn him around,  but not without changing his pitching motion.  Prolly not here.

The White Sox perform much better without game threads.

This is the first season MLB teams played all other opponents (29 teams). The White Sox could set the all time MLB record for losing 25 of 29 season series, a record which may never be broken. They need to lose tomorrow to keep their current season series wins at 4 heading into Boston, where they need to be swept.

The White Sox did beat the team (Atlanta) which currently has the most 2023 Season Series wins at 20.

So what you're saying is that we are better than Atlanta?

Grifol's at fault.  Gets on the bullpen phone and asks for Mariano and they keep sending Bummer.  Or worse. ?

What is the bigger task for next season....building a starting pitching staff or building a bullpen?

Anyone know Shaw's contract status? Need him to go at least 135 games next season.

The World Series should be the first series after the All Star Game. Makes as much sense as the current 12 team playoff scheme.

I'll take one of those shirts please...with Burger being the Series MVP.

It’s unbelievable how bad he’s been since the deadline

Which deadline was that?

Why was Robert playing so shallow on that triple?

There are actually feel good stories of how losing team apparel is distributed to places in need.

In the past, the merchandise has been plentiful. Based on strong sales after the Chicago Bears’s 2007 NFC Championship win, for example, Sports Authority printed more than 15,000 shirts proclaiming a Bears Super Bowl victory well before the game even started. And then the Colts beat the Bears, 29-17.

Probably not.  Maybe the Rays could.  At some point you have to realize a player is not good at baseball.  I'd be really impressed with this organization if they get rid of Katz.

I was concerned the Sox would win this one, but they came through late. Phew!

3-7 for a cool, even 40 games under .500 for the Championship Window run.

They've secured Home Couch Advantage.

Starting pitching always. If you find gems there they can outperform their contracts by a wider margin the way Rodon did when the Sox signed him for $3M.  You scoop up guys like Toussaint and Urena both of whom haven't look terrible and build depth  and if they continue to be inconsistent well maybe now you have a BP arm.
