When they play in Sacramento, will they be called the Oakland Athletics? Sacramento Athletics?  Vegas Athletics?

Just Athletics

"The A's do not intend to change their name to reflect their Sacramento residency. Instead, they'll be known simply by their nickname, according to The Athletic's Evan Drellich."

Oakland is not a major league city and is too inept to entice the A's. They have done little to help them out.

I don't know what, if anything, the city of Oakland could have done to capture some of the corporate $$$ that moved to San Jose/Santa Clara, but that's what killed Oakland as a major sports city.
