There's quite a few interesting names there.

7 guys over 30 on that roster plus a handful of 29 year-olds. Woo!  If all the prospects are going to be at Birmingham, I wonder why they promoted Colson. Maybe they wanted him to focus on power in that launching pad.  Gonna be interesting who plays short at AA. Popeye’s best position by far is 2b.  Any chance Baldwin makes it to AA?

Hope Montgomery can stay on the field for a few months and prove he can stay at SS before they consider bringing him up.

Hoping a game or two gets PPD to push back the need for a 5th starter and we get the extra year. It's really only like, 11 days.

Kinda weird seeing 4 infielders on a 27-man roster. Is Colas, or one of the other OFs, going to be used mostly at 1B?

Guessing that's a good possibility.

No Terrell Tatum, Yoelqui Cespedes, Jake Eder or Ky Bush, either. AA, A+ & A opening days are April 5.

I think Carlos Perez will get most of those innings at 1B. He was listed as an infielder elsewhere. They might even cycle one or two of the OFs through 1B. Tim Elko is conspicuous in his absence.

That's what I'm guessing too. 

I count only 27 players on the active roster and a quick search says AAA rosters are 28. In the Knights transactions, it also notes that Grossman is assigned there.

Over 50% chance (near 80% 2 of the days) of rain each day Sunday-Wednesday. Maybe this happens.

McGreevy getting BABIP'd. Lot of soft contact singles and ground outs. First run scored on Oscar's single that went through the right fielder's legs lol.

McGreevy is their #14 ranked prospect.

Does him not being part of the Opening Day roster impact our ability to receive draft compensation if he performs well?

I’m not sure. We would only get compensation if he finishes top 3 in RoY voting, right?
