The team called Jiménez's injury soreness during the game, but manager Pedro Grifol referred to it as a strain postgame. Jiménez was swinging the bat and going through drills Tuesday, hoping to avoid the IL. "We feel like there’s a really good chance that happens. That’s why we haven’t put him on there yet," Grifol said. Lip Man 1 Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 (edited) On the latest podcast that I watched tonight Garfien said that after Iloy got hurt he asked his producer if it would be possible to find and count the number of times he hurt himself just running to first base. It turns out just in the last few years they found five instances where the guy hurt himself just running to first base. That's...amazing. He actually does something 4 or 5 times a game and even then he can't even keep himself in good enough shape to run to first without getting hurt...
