Except our defense which was what Getz tried to make so great is ranked 22nd in fielding percentage. So we got crappy hitters who can't field either this year. It's not going to help the pitchers when they go out on the bump thinking they will only get 0-1-2 runs per game...that's going to become very discoraging, regardless of the actual defense played behind them. They have kept counting on those three for going on 5-6 years now. Look at the results. They can’t give up on Robert…but they’re only going to get 60-75% of what he once would have been worth.
