Hawk always favored the change-up as a pitch to get batters out. If the Hawk is watching, I bet he has enjoyed the stuff Thorpe has.

Contrast Kopech losing yesterday and taken deep in the cub game primarily relying on a big fastball (that is straight as an arrow).
