I like Grady's managing style already. Grifol would've had us pitch to Judge instead of walking him to show the guys are "competing".

I know what you mean but this is the White Sox.  They are likely going to make the least exciting hire you can possibly imagine.  
 

So far through 3 games at least Grady appears to be interesting.  That’s huge!
