Very nice analogy with the groundhog. He's come a long way from this statement hasn't he:

Now we've adopted another recent president's maxim that any and all publicity is somehow good/positive...also trying hard to imagine JR as JK burying all the mistress mob and Vegas stories.  Nobody will cover for Reinsdorf any longer.

Remember lousy attendance means JR doesn't have to pay the state and in some cases they have to pay him! I'm sure it bothers him from the standpoint of lost parking, concession revenue but outside of that given his lease, I suspect it doesn't bother him that much.
