February 23, 20251 yr Strains generally graded 1-3. Grade one is the least damage. Usually no tear and more of a stretched injury progressing all the way to Grade Three which is a complete tear. Would think this is a rest, NSAID, ice plus or minus steroid injection but I will defer to ptatc.

Many people will say don't trade with Tampa because they know which ones will pan out and which ones won't?

The definition of strain is that it's muscle related. The definition of sprain is that it's ligament related. People frequently use them interchangeably. The muscle injury will rehab faster than ligament. Grade 1 is the least severe if any injury involving 25% or less of the structural fibers.
