Meidroth probably has a better shot at being a regular. Baldwin just doesn't have a carry skill, and he's light in a lot of areas. 

This team badly needs Sosa and Vargas to become MLB regulars. I have faith Sosa will do it, but it's scary to think we're relying on that. Relying, meaning we don't have other contenders on this roster to he even everyday regulars imo.
