Well, it's also an indictment of Getz that entire draft classes (see Zach Collins/Burdi) are already entirely out of baseball at this point. The White Sox just haven't been productive at development in the last decade other than IDENTIFYING Tatis Semien Chris Bassitt etc. The pitching side has been more or less fine, given what little resources they've been provided to work with.
