5/28 Sox at Mets.

Didn’t realize it was so easy to fix this offense. Just remove Vaughn and Robert, and you automatically become awesome.

IDK if you guys saw it, but he had a 2nd ball he switched it with, he kept the HR and threw a dummy back.

Robert is his own thing but it did seem like every damn time we had 2 on with less than 2 outs you'd have the DP machine Vaughn at the dish.

For Stone it's probably an age thing.

Yeah, but I’m just saying when Stone is done, I’d like Plesac in there permanently.

Also got screwed on that one pitch.

If it was so simple why didn’t the Dodgers do it?

People respond to different coaching or the player decided to listen.  Plus there's a big difference when it comes to pressure being a Dodger vs. Sox.

What does pressure have to do with one team fixing you and another not?

My guess that is the game plan.

no superstars

No the guy said he hoped he was wrong so he didn't want the Sox to be clean like a clean floor after it's SWEPT. Sox are clean if they are swept all 3 games.

4 run lead is not safe against the Mets.  Then pen can easily give that up in one inning or just one error on the field.

getting squeezed a bit

Simple that it didn't involve a lot of moving parts .I wasn't slighting the  fine job by the biomechanist or Fuller by identifying the flaw and the solution.

Good location there to get out of it.

Smith struggling through 2 innings but no runs allowed. Definite hoping rains come hard by the 6th. 4 run cushion might not be enough.

bitches love sosa.

This is a pretty common misconception because he's slow and doesn't lift the ball enough, but Vaughn only has 4 GIDPs in 185 AB (24 GIDP opps).

Baldwin pretty comfortably leads the team in GIDP with 7 in 130 AB (22 GIDP opps).

Good AB Quero.

Quero takes his walks with a lot of swagger.

Well if you're going to bunt, get it down. Good job.

Good job. Key run. Smart by Rojas.

I know they make mistakes, as all teams do over 162, but I think this team is far more fundamentally sound than in the last few years. Michael Taylor not included f*** that guy.

mets broadcast crew is a pleasure to listen to.

we have a core worth giving a s%*# about last year we didn't even have that. we still suck but at least we have some guys worth rooting for.

Mets should trade for Houser. This dude sucks.

Their fans want Smith now (as does basically every fanbase who's faced him)
