tray
I love the move bringing Teel up and sending Lee down. Excellent. This team is starting to get fun to watch.
greg775
I wonder if the Sox front office is getting sick of losing amid this parade of bringing guys up like Meidroth, Elko, etc.

For instance Reinsdorf liked to beat Ewing Kauffman's Royals and beat the Cubs. Now no big deal as long as the $$s are flowing in. Maybe enuf losing is enuf to Jerry. He’s still pretty young but would he even return that much in a trade? Also, isn’t it possible that one of Quero/Teel becomes more of a 1B/DH if they both wind up being very good hitters and you want both starting? All three could catch and it would keep them all fresh. I’d rather have a third catcher with an arm and some pop on the roster than scrubs like Crapa and Palacios. There are worse things than to have three young guys rotate at C/DH/1B. But c'est la vie.

Trading him away feels premature, even though it’s tough to roster 3 catchers. I just don’t see them getting anything more useful in trade.
