Last year, they won their 30th game on August 16th at Houston.  They won their 31st game on August 21st at San Francisco.

I mean it's and 0-2 a layman like me just from observing baseball for years can tell him on 0-2 75 % of the time your getting down and away out of the zone. Just take the damn pitch or pretend you were going after it just so if other teams are paying attention you don't want to give the impression you're on automatic take for every 0-2 count you get.

Absolutely he was part of it although part of it also wasn't his fault, a first baseman being asked to play the outfield with little to no experience at the big league level. It's hard enough to produce without having to worry about learning a new position.
