  • I really miss Harold. Was really helpful for me and informative. I think fucking losers on this site finally chased him away. It’s a real shame if so.

  • I'm with you. Hard to argue about a left handed hitting OF with a patient approach and some notable thump with solid tools across the board. I take this all day at 44.

  • Yea same. Imagine chasing off an insider who routinely would feed the board tidbits on draft intel, trade info, and knowledge on the inner workings of the org. Shows how shitty and petty some of

Saw Lodise a lot. He will be a second baseman. Nothing special

no Kristian Campbell comp lol?

Looking ahead to tomorrow I’d be ecstatic with any of Neville, Dickerson or Blair to kick off round 4.

Matthew Fisher is my guess

Saw some stuff about him potentially going to school. Don’t know if true at all, but I can see them going pitcher here.

If they don't have a 2B man with about 15 in the organization already...maybe they should just give up.

Getz administration continues to have a type: good approach, good hands/contact

I’d be pretty pumped if they took Neville to kick off the 4th.  I get there are serious contact issues, but the rest of the package is exiting and you won’t want a lot of college guys who offer the ceiling he does at this point in the draft.  Feels like a swing that Shirley really good take if they have any faith in Fuller and our minor league development program for hitters.

I love the draft day threads, especially with the local kids getting selected.

I would just love a non-punted pick here at the top of 4. Give me a faller, or another well regarded prep. I just don't know how our money is. I imagine Carlson was close to slot, and Fauske over slot.

Sounds like this will be a prep arm at 106

Three preps in our top 4 picks would be a welcome change of pace.

A Bauer , Fisher or Appenzeller would be so awesome.

Really shows they are committed to the rebuild and development of the minors

The buzzword I am already done with is "make up".  Apparently everyone we draft is a high "make up" guy.

To be fair, this is better than when Hostetler loved calling it "a sixth tool" and suddenly they were drafting six tool players.

It’s an important thing. If guys don’t give a s%*#, it’s tough to become really good in most cases.

Wonder if Briggs McKenzie will cost too much. Also we are due for an Indiana pick right? Maybe Matthew Fisher?

After having guys like Robert, Moncada, and Eloy, "make up" is pretty important to me lol

And if they aren't good, they won't for sure.  I'd much rather hear about their actual game tools.

I think Uli Fernsler or Brandon Shannon is more likely but Fisher would be awesome
