Lenny getting hits before both HR is why the HR hitters are behind him. Not a great on base guy but when he getting hits against pitches in the zone  so can the power.

He's hitting, he's fielding fairly well . It's all small sample size so far  but Sox have looked like a better team no matter where he's playing. 

The way they're handling Colson is fine. Sure, if they start putting him out in RF, then catching a game, that would be weird. A shortstop can handle 3B. A player doesn't need to attend 7 years of 3B seminary to understand the nuances.
