Predicting success for any of these bums that Getz acquires is just hoping for the best at this point. They aren’t spending any money, so we are banking on Getz and his staff to identify cheap young players that could develop into something. From positive and excited about young talent, to seeing some progress but not enough, to watching year after year of 100+ losses seasons, to ultimately realizing that Jerry isn’t spending sh!t on this team until he finally sells it to Ishbia after the 2029 season. You sir, are a realist. I have watched both @Look at Ray Ray Run and @JUSTgottaBELIEVE undergo this transformation (IMHO at least) and I have way more respect for them now than when I wrongly assumed that they were simply White Sox homers.
