Saturday at 06:00 PM1 day The sox keep picking short stops who aren't prototypical athletes. Bonemer isn't gonna be playing CF anytime soon, neither is Colson, or if they pick him Roch. TA also would fall into that category. Colson played basketball, so he's clearly athletic, but is he athletic enough to play the OF?I don't know if Carlson could play the OF, i've never seen anyone say he's moved off SS but given how good he is there I doubt anyone would even consider it

Saturday at 06:12 PM1 day They have to trade someone, right? With 2027 looking in doubt, i think Getz makes one move for a pitcher. Edited Saturday at 06:14 PM1 day by EloyJenkins

They would not want to mortgage the future for 2026. I see them trading quantity not quality.

Perhaps. Not a top prospect however. And someone explain why 2027 means lets make a bad deal in 2026? Edited Saturday at 07:12 PM1 day by Chick Mercedes

I could see Bonemer being moved as he's had a stellar start to his pro career but he has some serious holes in his game, with the bat and with the glove

Six NBA World Championships. The Cubs have only one one World series over the last 100 years or so.Inconvenient truth for Sox trolls or those with Reinsdorf derangement syndrome. Jerry Reinsdorf was one of the primary reasons MLB lost the 1994 season. You being Jerry's biggest fan doesn't change that. Honestly the true derangement is the people who think he cares about Sox fans despite his 45 years of public statements otherwise.

His strikeout rate wasn't even that egregious given his age. The guy is going to be an absolute stud. They're still playing him at SS pretty regularly. He probably ends up at 2B, 3B or the corner OF. The guy has 40 HR power. Edited yesterday at 01:33 AM1 day by ron883
