This actually makes more sense to me...

Outside of the hilarious jokes I don't really understand why anyone would be upset by this. Teel and Quero are the main guys. It'll be alright.

Lol come on… They get off on being upset. These are the same people who said it was a fireable offense to trade Luis Rodriguez for Corey Julks.

WTF?

I don’t understand this move unless Getz thinks he can get something decent in return for Lee in a trade. McGuire isn’t a bad backup and he hit a lot of bombs for the Cubs last year in minimal at bats but I’d still rather have Lee. Lee also didn’t beat his meat in a parking lot. 🤣

minor league filler?

Nope, it’s a major league guaranteed deal for $1.2 million.

Trading any young prospect for AAA fodder like Julks is always a bad move. Julks is a guy you sign to a minor league contract or claim off waivers for free, not give up any level of talent for. It was a bad trade. Almost as bad as Fajardo for Booser.

He’s out of options so something has to be done with him. I’m sure they were just kind of taking time through spring to see where they were at. Once Teel got hurt and was going to miss some time, it then seems like they’ll have shifted to Edgar catching most of the time now. Lee is probably good enough that you can get something through a trade for him so do that and then McGuire helps out until Teel is ready then figure out what to do with him when Teel is back. If that’s the thinking then I understand it.

He can lend a helping hand.

This tweet is pretty good…

Next, they're going to add Teel's reputation for walking around clubhouse buck naked.

I wonder what his agent said to Getz.

He used the ol' Jedi Mind Trick?

I recall McGuire being mainly all glove and not really good with his stick.

That’s correct, and occasionally he can nut one out.

I really liked masturbating but I thought Korey Lee was doing alrigiht.

If he bats good though do we have to rethinkg our approach on masturbating? I will be masturbating in the parking lot regardless but if he hits a grandslam opening day then who's going to join me?
