At least with the day off tomorrow, these relievers should be rested enough to get lit up again.

Quero’s lefty swing looks way quicker

I was going to start a thread, but instead will just say it here and plant the seed.

In my life of watching baseball, I've never seen a Rookie do what Colson Montgomery did last year, and be so disrespected/underrated coming into their second year.

He is the most underrated player in MLB.

Since his debut last year, he was the 7th (top 10 in multiple metrics) most valuable defensive player in all of baseball. He hit the 9th most homers, had the 18th most WAR and the 45th highest wRC+.

Not going to lie. He's got ceiling and athletic ability for days, but his back and whatever happened to him last year at AAA scare the s%*# out of me since no one has really been willing to say what was going on with either. I literally have zero idea what to expect out of him. Three years down the road if he is an all-star or on his way out of baseball, neither would shock me.

good competitive ABs, promising start.

Well, silver lining Misiorowski is already at 45 pitches through 2 innings.

Should have never left the AL

I have really enjoyed them sticking it to the Cubs the last few years.

Let em cook.

Miz has nasty stuff.

45 pitches through 2, keep that up second time through

Good pitch by Smith he looks better the past few at bats

I wonder if the shorter than average Brewers lineup benefits more from the height adjusted ABS zone

Quero come on

Damn it Quero

Came out of his stance way too early

Gonna get Ortiz and bases loaded already….some things never change

Going to be a whole lot of bullpen today. Probably 11-12 innings worth between the two teams.

Rough game for this ump

God I love ABS

Can't give up that run in inning 2 of game 1 of a 162 game season...

Just bad coaching. Really trying to get the out at home in the second inning?

Well that wasn't a strike

The thing no one likes to mention is a lot of the one run losses last year were due to some very dumb strategic decisions by the manager
