Occurs to me that the real problem here is Noah doesn't have his slider at all for some reason. That's really his comfort pitch usually. He's having to build the plane as it flies without it.

Lack of swinging strikes has been the only real negative. He's just not burying the slider enough, and the cutter is meant to generate contact. Falling behind in the count forcing predictable sequencing not helping.
