This is the first time I've ever noticed players look at their bat, and line up the label so they don't break their bat. Both Ant-man and Vargas have done it.

Decent effort to put 4 up on Ryan, just asked too much of a tiring rookie in his second start.

Lack of off days maybe catching up a bit, but the team has done well to not let losses linger.

They hit Prielipp well last time, get after him again tomorrow.

Still confused why they let Sandlin anywhere near the 5th inning after a bad, 25 pitch 4th. Had it set up for a lefty reliever there. Really bad job by Venable tonight.
