They changed their draft rankings a few days before the draft to place Emerson #1 and Roch #2, so that makes sense.

Is it just me or does Pipeline rank teenage prospects a lot higher these days than they did, like, a decade ago? I think Made and de Vries are super overrated, maybe Emerson has a 'higher ceiling' (whatever that means) than Roch but a lot can happen in three years.

I know Callis preferred Roch the day before the draft IIRC

He's ranked #7 overall for BA. Guys in front of him (in order) are: Jesus Made, Franklin Arias, Leo De Vries, Josue De Paula, Theo Gillen, and Kade Anderson. Emerson is at #13.

man it's crazy how much De Paula has fluctuated on ranking lists
