Richards is just not good if he can't get swings and misses on his change up

If he's talking Schriffdog ain't, so that's a win in my book.

This game is going to be a slog.

Varsho just missed that. We got lucky.

Putting up a 0 in the bottom of the 6th would be nice.

That hook on Kay felt a little early to me. 83 pitches through 4, 2 hits?

Nah man he was slowly turning into straight gasoline

I wanted him to start the 5th (with someone warming) after they added on.

Granted the pen is obviously fresh, but you'd still rather not burn through too many in game 1

Dude was struggling big time to put anyone away and all contact was loud.

I noticed Meidroth adjusted his hands to be higher and it's been working so far.

I just hate going right into heavy bullpen usage, game 1 post ASB.

Extremely ballsy to tag on that.

They used Richards, probably the lowest leverage reliever they have, to eat an inning. It's fine.

Keep it to your self. Don't want to hear Schriff reference it 900 times

Just run through the base next time Sam

wanted to avoid the collision, I'll allow it, the only time it makes any sense.

Nothing to lose challenging that, I don't get it.

Sam seems like the kinda guy who wants a collision

Dude has a 1.26 era in June and 1.29 in July

thankfully sam is learning that it's about controlled aggression, on the bases especially.

I have a feeling this will be a slog and we'll have at least one jurassic park meme posted.

I feel like Kay could have just as easily given up 2 bombs.

Richards fastball is getting killed

Not after tonight. He gives up a lot of homers.

This is getting ridiculous

Not sure why Richards was still in after 20+ pitches last inning.
