The NBA has that ridiculous rule where calling a timeout let's you ignore physics and magically advance the ball to over half court. WTF??

I can't stand it either. It's so fucking gimmicky. I like the idea of at least the 10th inning being played normally. I wonder how it would be if extra inning losses are treated the same as shootout losses in hockey.
