So people can use their brain and consider different perspectives. It isn’t an end all be all authority but it can lead to insights.

Don’t like it? Fine but why go out of the way to post something like that?

FWIW, parsing through AI output to try to decipher what, if anything, is actually accurate/useful/relevant often takes more mental energy than just using your brain directly to begin with.

  • Yeah, much better to hear JR for the last 45+ years, minus an aberration. Am I right?

  • I’ll be honest…I’d have been way more mad if we dealt Bonemer or Carlson for Detmers for this deal.

I'm still puzzled as to why we didn't get cash in this deal instead of the other way given we gave them a legit org top 15 or so guy in Boston. It had to have been the winning offer as I'm sure they got other calls, but I'm not worried about Smith or the cash. I just hope the opportunity cost of getting a better player isn't the rub this year and next, especially next year. If he stinks will the sox have the balls to just move on? I doubt it.

Odd to say so people can use their brain while posting slop from an LLM.

Like many things, what it wrote was wrong and a pointless use of resources.

We don’t agree about AI. Why continue to harp on it? Just fucking ignore any limited posts I use it in and move on.

This type of unnecessary horseshit reminds me why you were a Hall of Fame List inductee.

It may have been pointed out already but after Seattle stopped piggybacking Castillo in late May, his numbers in June were stellar- including starts against Cleveland and Detroit.

In July he pitched to a quality start average, if you take out the start where he was shelled by the Dodgers.

I remain hopeful the Sox can make some tweaks and we have a win on our hands.

Yea, verbose outputs can be cumbersome to read - I generally parse through them and often times there is something insightful.

I thought its analysis of Castillo relating to Banny was interesting.

Seranthony might be a nice upgrade for Seattle, given that they've got Bazardo sucking it up for them.

Bannister liked a tweet about Castillo using his change up less this year and bringing it back into the fold, so the Sox obviously see something with sequencing they think they can fix.

The tweet in question:

Leave Schultz alone. Charlotte would be ridiculous.

It would make more sense to send Castillo down there to work on the fix that Bannister has identified (at least media house-horses claim that's what happened).
Fedde to the pen . Fine, but is Castillo any better?

The most insane suggestion possibly ever.
