But I know teams put some weight on it or similar methods so there must be some utility there. Just focuses on that one part of pitching, the physical characteristics of the pitches. Once you have lots of results, there are other things you can pay attention to. Can be interesting when it changes (or doesn't) though. FWIW, it is somewhat forgiving Urquidy's slow velo due to the fact he has great rise on the heater and he has good velo/movement differentials.
