His bat speed is bad, but it's not like Meidroth levels of bad. And as Chase has shown, you can succeed with a slow swing. His hitting mechanics must be completely fucked for him to hit the ball as softly as he does.

But I mean is Quero so bad as catcher that he can't handle the 9th? You have a shot at giving Quero who has looked really good a chance to add another run. I don't get what the downside is
