We definitely broke them. Unfortunately we also broke ourselves.

Meh - it’s been 6 games. Talk about a small sample size. Each of the 4 losses in that term aside from the Atlanta game, we had chances to win in too.

We’ve had it MUCH worse and are battling with a band aided rotation.

It always comes back around to take care of business against the central and see what we can do in the playoffs. Really we should be grateful for however far these guys go.

here comes the mostly no name bullpen

Bichette should have played that. No way Meidroth beats it when he bunted it that hard.

Yep

Not ideal. Could be worse though.

Oh for the long ball or three dropped third strikes and a wild pitch. Whatever it takes.

Lefty Marmol?

Not a bad comp.

He probably won't get a hit anyways.

Keeps lunging at anything low

He had three in one inning in his first appearence. So only 3 in the other 6 innings.

damn you DePodesta

We finally get McLean out of the game and we still look terrible

Huh - no clue where my brain put that 1 in there when recalling his stat line. Perhaps he’s only given up one run and I was mixing that up with his walks.

That’s right… his first appearance, didn’t he walk the bases loaded?

Ok White Sox enough of this low scoring BS. LFG !

McLean has been tough today. He looks and pitches like Dylan Cease. Fortunately, he is out in the 7 th.

Got to find a way to get Peters to second for Sam

My back hurts every time I see Peters' follow through

Maybe Rogers can run into one again

I think you mean Peter Brand.

Peters now with a higher ops than Chase and Sam again

It'd be one thing if the band-aid rotation was the source of our struggles, but the band-aid rotation has been shockingly very solid.

It's the ungodly terrible line up that is losing us these games. You can't go several innings without so much as a run, you can't leave runners stranded inning after inning like they have.

Need an oppo blooper more than ever. He already has one today.

Jonah Hill could put up more resistance to the Guardians.

Well, probably not.

He sorta got cancelled and also pilloried for losing too much weight.

Yea - looked again at his line. He had 4 walks in his debut followed by a walk in each of his next two outings. Since then he hasn’t given up a single walk.

Remove his debut and he’s given up two walks in 5 innings. I’d call that encouraging and improvement.

Hagen has looked a hell of a lot more promising than Schultz.

I know why we keep fucking up with RISP. Schriff keeps calling base runners friends.
