I do wonder how much they try to tinker with him. I wonder if they see him as a guy that they let him find his own way or if they are trying to tinker.

Just tell him not to try and pull a single pitch

The lack of adjustments by Will along with no sense of urgency is exasperating. Not moving Mune out of the second spot is managerial malpractice. Also don’t like to hit the strikeout prone Montgomer

  • Urquidy being used in mop up duty now...lol. Honestly Urquidy is probably better than Castillo at this point.

not an acceptable excuse since they all play 162 but it also reveals a poor farm system, he was once in charge of that

Nice bounce back inning for Castillo

He was looking good before the 10 pitch walk to Paredes and Altuve homering on a pitch that's taller than him.

Nice to get a quick 1-2-3 inning after tying it back up. Too many times this year we have given up a run right after taking the lead or scoring runs

Mune is not even close, he is pulling off the ball so badly.

I wish Will would have moved around the lineup a bit

I can’t explain why Will keeps Mune hitting 2 nd. He should have been flipped with Peters already. I wonder how many RISP has he left on base during his slump.

Yeah, he should be looking to just take everything the other way until he gets out of this slump

If Toronto wants to lower our magic # I'm fine with that

It would be nice if we could contribute also.

Mune sucks

Maybe that's why no other teams were interested in him?

Fucking Venable refuses to move him down the order and he keeps killing rallies, he's nowhere near showing signs of life

At this point Mune knows that he's going to strike out . some bench time is important right now . a couple days at least could help . i've seen it happen.

He's looking more like Daniel Palka than a ROY candidate.

Mune needs to be moved down in the order. Can’t have all those strikeouts at the number 2 spot.

Without a doubt.

Blue Jays up 5-1 and still batting. Bases loaded and one out.

Yep

Ya. The biggest issue seems to be him pulling off of every pitch right now. The best looking swing he's had lately was the rope double he hit to the LF corner in Minny.

Love seeing this pitcher get so frustrated and hopefully compounding his problems. Let's go boys!

Beni taking pitches!!

There’s just no plate coverage. Bat path is also skewed, as he is hitting a ton of pop ups when he makes contact.

It’s getting close to “do you keep him in the lineup” time

Try moving him down in the lineup for a couple of games first. IMO.

Let’s get some more, 2 on no outs.

jays can break this game open even more.

bad pitch to swing at by Colson

and the next two swinging at balls

Why is Colson so twitchy, nerves?

Right down the fucking middle.

That was the epitome of swinging at balls and taking strikes

Terrible swings. Chase desperately needs to make an adjustment

so frustrating we can't take advantage of the chances we are given. three terrible ABs
