  • I'm not sure how Venable has given Mune 0 days off this whole time. Give him a day or 2 to work on some things in the cage. Get his mind right. You can't keep throwing him out there for him to strike

  • At this point he needs to wear it. They had a day off yesterday and you can't ruin the pen already.

  • Whose gonna start the thread “Are the pirates cheating??”

Sandlin better pitch Thursday. Castillo will get rocked.

Not saying the Sox pen hasn’t been very good, but the last 15 game numbers for the Guardians main relievers are insane. 56 innings, 6 runs

Against this team full of good lefties? Really it should be another bullpen game focused on Newcomb, Hagen and Hudson.

CLE's bullpen is too good

Keep the WHAT fresh?

inherited runs allowed shouldnt be a hard to find stat for relievers, should be one of the primary stats because their job is often quite literally to get outs with runners on base

at least make "inherited runners in scoring position allowed" a more visible stat for relievers

Interesting that Okamoto/Murakami have fairly similar K rates

Kolson klosing in on Kyle Schwarber 200 k total

Always just show total inherited runners scored, not base position and outs/situationally

Lets score at least one this inning and start getting back in this game.

Vogt knows that holding the lead is key

Herrin one of their better relievers. Not back end of pen

Holmes will be 34 next year.

He’s not a huge strikeout guy. I think his skillset could age fairly well. Or he could be the next Keuchel.

didn't realize Peters swings at first pitches at a 43% clip

End of this year i hope they trade muni for a starting pitcher and maybe grab a first baseman from free agency and a pitcher.Muni is what he is and teams have figured his ass out.Maybe the Dodgers want him and send him out of the American league.

Rogers on Baltimore would be my choice. Be nice if Castillo wasn’t on the books.

I can't imagine how you have a day off to rest and recuperate, in front of the home crowd, and THIS is how you look! Like good lord, have some fucking pride.

They usually look good going into off days and bad coming out of them.

No shot they trade him

They do seem to struggle after a day off.

It's crazy how often Chase's at bats start with a pitch out of the zone called for a strike. Usually high

Murakami not getting traded, less than 0% chance that happens

Chase has totally lost his sense of the strike zone

Dodgers are more interested in Sato but blocked by Tucker Teoscar Freeman Muncy Ohtani

Philly or NYY NYM far likelier

God knows what will happen with Murakami

Getting no hit again. This is becoming way too common despite the overall offense.

Alonso just made an error, 7-5.
