And with Meidroth swinging at a ball over his head on a 3-1 count, with the bases loaded in a one run loss on top of the Will’s openers and other pitching mismanagement.

Unfortunately the KC bullpen blew it in the 9 th with 5 walks, even outdoing some of the worst Sox relief corps outings.

What a great game, Mune, Burke, Sam, the Pen, the Crowd, loved it.

Kc didn't lay down like Boston but Damn 13 walks....

Tonight is the best chance for a KC win. Wacha has owned CLE this year. Tomorrow CLE has Messick going. Hope KC scores some runs tonight.

Remember the age difference....Murakami was a teenager when he came up in NPB and Sugano was the almost Yamamoto of his time, 2-3 time MVP pitcher over there.

We just saw the very tail end of his career the last couple of seasons in mlb.
