June 24, 200520 yr I'm so sick of Horry. Duncan has had such a bad series by his standards and he's going to get Finals MVP, that's disgusting.
June 24, 200520 yr Author Congrats Spurs! I was definitely pulling for them. I just can't root for the Pistons.

June 24, 200520 yr QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jun 23, 2005 -> 11:04 PM) Congrats Spurs! I was definitely pulling for them. I just can't root for the Pistons. I think I know why. Is it because... De-troit Sucks! ?
June 24, 200520 yr Thank God, I can't stand anything about Detroit, the city, the team, the people..... Any heartbreak their fans suffer is great to see.
June 24, 200520 yr So is it just me, or was anyone else sitting there watching the last seconds of this game and imagining seeing the ChiSox running out to the pitcher's mound some time late this October?

June 24, 200520 yr Duncan came through when it mattered the most. He averaged 21 ppg/14.1 rpg for the series. Manu could've gotten it if he hadn't played so poorly in Detroit. Congrats to the Spurs! I think they're the heavy favorite to win it all in 06. Edited June 24, 200520 yr by Jordan4life_2005
June 24, 200520 yr QUOTE(Jordan4life_2005 @ Jun 23, 2005 -> 11:21 PM) I think they're the heavy favorite to win it al in 06. With Ginobili and Parker back and with another year's experience...yeah there's no reason at all why they shouldn't be the favorites. Then again, for all we know, Darko could go nuts and have an amazing year or something like that. Who could have predicted the Suns rise this year? And they may very well be better next year as well too. (Of course...the Bulls might be better too... )

He sure as hell didn't choke tonight. He DOMINATED the second half tonight. He either scored or set somebody else up to score.
