Sweepy mother f***er! :gosox4: :gosox3: :gosox2: :gosox1:

Tough day for the hitters: Gustavo Chacin going for the Jays. You know, you think back to all the great Gustavos in ML history....

The only other half way decent Gustavo I can think of is Gustavo Karim Garcia. Other than that I can't think of any.

I thought the Karim made his name goofy enough. I had no idea he had the Gustavo working for him too. No wonder he goes by Karim.

Sweep these birds and get out of that country!!

They'll be facing some dude with a weird-ass name with weird-ass glasses.

I expect Mark to handle them with no problem.

That dude with the weird-ass glasses is right with gooch for AL Rookie of the year right now. It's gonna be a tough game.

I expect a good performance from Buerhle. Afterall, he's really stunk it up this year with his 4.00 era.

I'm guessing (and hoping) that Ozzie throws the same lineup as yesterday out there today. I know Chacin is probably alot harder to hit than Lilly but yesterday's lineup seemed to do well against that lefty so may as well use them against another. But AJ will most likely be catching for Buehrle.

Nuke's so passionate. Where art thou brooms though. ;)

We're shooting for 24-7 here.

The Sox never close - or - Winning 'round the clock.

They said in Saturday mornings newspapers that AJ probably would not start against Chacin either.

We hit this young kid hard.

Buehrle wins a 17 minute game 6-1.

They just did a badass piece about how fast Buehrle works on SC. They had some interviews with Sox players about how it's easier to play D behind him.

its a good thing we're winning, otherwise buehrle would never get the respect he deserves - like the past 4 years

I liked Ozzie's quote a lot and I think it was right on the money:

"If Mark pitched on the other side of town he'd get all the respect in the world."

...or something to that end.

Pedro gets another chance, giving Iguchi a much needed day off.

I like it.

I was watching the Brewers game yesterday and Pedro Martinez was pitching for the Mets and tis kid in the first row was wearing a Vote for Pedro shirt. We should do that before Pedro goes back to AAA

He certainly deserves it.

Damn.
