Does anyone know if there was a precipitous drop in the total number of posts here over the last 2 days? I know I for one spent most of my usual posting time voting for Scottie.

We gave him a good 150 votes following 7:00 deadline.

 

Hopefully others continued voting after 7 as well.

This whole campaign has really brought alot of attention to Pods and the Sox in general. I think we got this (knock on wood).

Well time's up. I was really cranking them out the past 2 hours. In the last hour I realized I didn't have to wait for the thankyou message. I would hit alt <- soon after submitting the vote & it was like a quick flash. The thank you & then the page back. A sweep, numpad dance & another submit & another vote submitted.

 

I figure I avg'd at least 1 vote per 10 seconds or about 700 votes in that time period. I hope it makes a difference.

Well I must of voted about 600 times for Pods. Hopefully all of our efforts help get him in.

 

But now onto the Sox game where Contreras is gonna get things back in gear.

Now all we can do is wait for the final results........

This whole thing has calmed us all down and united us for the greater good.

I have a good feeling about this. It all depends how many "Yankee-hater" votes we got.

To echo Kalapse, I was proud to be involved (albeit newly) with such a great fanbase. I am also very proud with the effort Pods temmates have put toward getting him in the game. Gives you a great sense of the chemistry of this team.
