I understand what some posters are saying about Blum being a pinch hitter but there is no way I wouldn't have given Pierzynski the chance to redeem himself.

 

Now they are down to their last three outs.

Aj is a starter in this league for a reason while Blum is on the bench for a reason. In fact he doesn't even play anymore and thats for a reason.

 

AJ should of been out there to play. No doubt about it.

Absolutely. He has the most power on the bench, and he's also one of our "core" players that Ozzie supposedly can't win without.

This same pitcher did this last nite. Lead off walk- and he shut us down. I'm not getting my hopes up until we have 2 guys on.

It's pretty apparent Detroit is walking our leadoff men on purpose. They know what's up.
