I makes me smile to know that our team has the ability to do this because they've reached a WS rally.

"Your 2005 Chicago White Sox, WE GONE!"

Once again...THANK YOU to each and every member of the 2005 Chicago White Sox.

Thanks for making my sports year, not only that, but the best sports moment of my life.

I love this song. And I love it when amateurs sing it. But I hate baseball cards!

Yeah, but who cares!

Any estimates on the crowd size?

WGN said a couple hundred thousand. Around 200,000 is what I thought I heard, but that was probably just an eyeball estimate.

Just got back from class...Paulie carrying around his kid...Y-ES!

Considering how many people were spread out along the streets from the Cell to the river...who the Hell knows? That one's got to be impossible to figure out. Most of the time the police estimates are never even close to right anyway, and that's with people grouped all in 1 area.

I can't believe Paul's wife is letting him cart that tiny new baby around in that setting. Cute, though.

Huh. I never thought it was possible to suck worse than Journey. Damn was I wrong.

Please God let MLB.tv put this on archive.

Just got back.

Wow! Do people love the White Sox!! It felt like Times Square with all the confetti!

Tried going to the Rally, stayed for the intro video and Ed Farmer, then headed back. There had to have been about 100,000-150,000 people there. Amazing.

Can't wait to watch this at home.

This was real sweet and real "White Sox" if you know what I mean. SOX PRIDE!

If you didn't get pretty choked up when Paulie gave the ball to Jerry and then again when Jerry did his speech, I don't know..... :huh

:gosox2:
