I got a bad feeling that come next Monday the 2006 Chicago White Sox will be all but eliminated. I would so love it if they proved me wrong.

Let's see....We're playing the Angels who have their backs against the wall and are fighting for their playoff lives. Minnesota plays Oakland who have a cushy 5.5 game lead on the Angels. Detroit plays Texas who are basically out of contention and already playing their farm call-ups for next year. If the Sox don't come through in these six games, it really is over.

Oakland has plenty of motivation. Its called not having to face Santana and Liriano in the first round.

If Podsednik is leading off and Anderson isn't in, I'm going to ask for my money back.

I'll pretty much guarantee that Pods is leading off, and Sweeney is playing in CF. With how crappy Anderson has looked recently, I can't say that I blame Ozzie.

Are you kidding me? Did you see the swings he's been taking the last few games? Anderson hasn't a phawking clue. He's an automatic out. We need every opportunity to score runs. Anderson is a hindrance not a benefit.
