Not trying to be insensitive but it is just a game.

I was reminded of that last night watching the incredibly sad and interesting

documentary on 9-11 on public TV.

Sports ain't life and death like that.

Damn, I just get back to see that the Sox are tied in the bottom of the 11th, and then 20 seconds later they blow.

 

That's the season boys, as far as I'm concerned. Technically there's still I chance, but I just don't see it happening. If it ain't starting pitching, its offense. If it ain't offense, it's the bullpen.

 

What's the longest run they've put together in the 2nd half? 4 games?

I don't post much, but you can't call that second pitch a ball. That was right over the plate. Basically Jenks had to throw the pitch down the middle. I knew it was over once blue called it. It seemed as though blue just wanted to get the game over with. I was screaming at the TV after that pitch. Its just a shame. I don't want to watch anymore because I am tired of seeing games like this.

I guess Oakland. They'll get crushed though. Hopefully the Yanks will do their usual job on the Twinks. I hate rooting for the Yanks.
