Anyone have NCAA football 2009 for the PS2? Is there not an in game save like they had in Madden 07?

I purcahsed NBA2K9 on E-Bay yesterday for the PC.

 

After the dissappointment of NBA Live 08 on the PC (especially graphics wise), really looking forward to checking this one out.

Any news on the 09 show league its a nearly a month till its released.

Well, I likely just made a huge mistake and pre-ordered MLB 2k9 for Wii.

 

Inferior Wii graphics - check

No online - check

No picture of Viciedo - most likely check

Tons of missing players and likely hours of edits before playing - check

4 homers in the first inning like every other MLB 2k game - most likely check

Still having white piping on the black jersies, 5 years after it was first pointed out as incorrect - most likely check

 

But hey, I get to use the Wiimote and act like I'm pitching and hitting!

Yeah I finished it up last night. The Chinese stealth armor is bad ass.

I have spent a good part of this winter playing Fallout. There is just so much cool stuff to do.

 

 

 

I just downloaded the Mlb2k9 demo for Xbox. Its pretty solid. It took about two innings to get used to the controls.

Copped it today. I didn't even remember that I placed it on reserve over 2 years ago when it was first announced. So it's like I'm getting a free video game since I paid it up all upfront.

Played Killzone 2 (online) for about an hour. I don't really know what I'm doing, where to go on the maps, how to control the weighted guns, etc... but it's the most fun I've had playing a game since Resistance: Fall of Man. Running and gunning isn't really an option because of how they set up shooting from the hip and the way the reticule expands as you move.

 

From what I've seen so far, most people camp out and shoot down alleyways and doorways and such, but if you can get around and flank them then it's fish in a barrel. It makes sense to me now why they made the sniper rifle the last weapon to earn. The initial weapons are pretty weak, but good enough. I've run into a few shotgunners and, well, if you get too close... kiss your ass goodbye.

9 kills, 9 deaths in my first game. There's definitely big time potential here but I first need to figure out what the f*** I'm doing.
