Laugh all you want and I'm sure you'll all drill me for this, but I'm okay with that. There's a lot of positives from this game and I'm not going to get angry just because a few calls didn't go our way. Perhaps some people shouldn't have gotten jammed and tried to eke out hits like they did.

He needs to work on the curveball thing... doesnt seem to be picking them up very well. He did draw a nice walk in the 6th though, and had a pretty nice catch in center.

 

although it was far from an impressive first outing, he wasnt horrible either IMO. Give him a little time and I think he'll be quite a good hitter.
