Yep...I text him that I was pretty sure I was sleep walking last night and he responded...I hope so because you were putting ice cream down your pants. This morning I seen the container of ice cream sandwiches in my room. If you ever seen the movie Step Brothers when they were sleep walking that is pretty much what I was doing I guess.

My first impression is that your roommate was putting ice cream in your pants. But I never met the guy.

So apparently I was sleep walking last night and put ice cream sandwiches down my pants.

I can't stop laughing at this.

I am trying to wrap my head around the fact that Shipps woke up and thought he was sleepwalking, yet his roomate had to tell him that he was shoving ice cream down his pants. Didnt you know that, you know, from the time you woke up?

I have a history of sleep walking but I only do it maybe 4 times a year. I have always only vaguely remember walking around when I wake up in the morning but it could have been a dream in my mind. When I woke up I seen the melting ice cream on the ground in my room and seen the stereo cord rapped around the stereo like I was wrapping it up for a big move. Among other random things moved around in my room. So I am just gonna take my roommate for his word that I was putting the ice cream in my pants,he doesnt have a reason to lie really. I dont remember doing any of that stuff though.

Clearly, he was attempting to steal your stereo, then thought, "I should make this look like he sleep-walked - what's a goofy thing he'd do asleep? I know... ICE CREAM IN THE PANTS!!!"

I just figured you might have some melted ice cream in the undies making things a bit uncomfortable

I had a friend in college who did a few funny things one night. His girlfriend told me he woke up, opened his 3 disc carousel, spit in it, closed it and pressed play and went back to bed. then 3 hours later he woke up and went to throw up in the bathroom, grabbed the wrong door, and threw up in the dorm hallway instead(the bathroom and hall door were back to back).

The entire floor smelled like vomit for like 2 weeks, it was awful

I think I was just smuggling them down to my room and then took them out. I mean what better place to transport ice cream then your crotch?

One time I put a cd in the microwave and turned it on. The random s*** that I do is bizarre.

cds in the microwave are cool the first time. Then it becomes smelly and the lightning effect gets old

Although i have to admit, in college I destroyed a hell of a lot of those auto-mail AOL cds when i would come home wasted late at night

What do you and Bruins player Aaron Ward have in common?

You both got cold-cocked.

So I just found out that if you look at the users online section of the front page of Soxtalk and click on sort by "last click" it will give a list of everything people are looking at. 3 of the guests were looking at an old Kim Smith v. Kiera Knightley thread. I assume the pics came up on a google search.

I hope they guests enjoyed their stay.

Judging by it's contents and the general perverted nature of interweb folks, I'm not surprised....now just give me a minute to collect myself.

If that's wrong, I don't want to know what's right.

Today kicked my ass. I can't wait for Memorial Day weekend.

I will be living in wicker park come july, anyone living/lived around there? what are some local dives?

I live in Bucktown, the next neighborhood north.

Lots of good bars and restaurants in the area, too many to list. Just start walking Damen from North ave/Milwaukee going north.

There is even a Sox bar - Lemmings, which is around the 1800 block of Damen on the west side of the street.

My particular favorite restaurants - Club Lucky, Cafe De Luca, Silver Cloud.

Beachwood Inn

I'm going to South Beach, Fl. next week for 5 days. It just kinda fell into my lap.

Any 'must do' tips?
