Cool thing is:

19 of 22 starters back for the Hawkeyes as it stands now. And we get Jewel Hampton back, whooooo!!!

I believe we are at 18 of 22 for the Buckeyes. Wisco returns a bunch as well.

It'll be a good year in the big ten, imo. Michigan should be better too, although I'd rather they s*** themselves with Drill Rod as the coach.

With the threat of the 2011 NFL lockout there could be a bunch of guys go pro that woundn't or shouldn't.

Yes, Robinson is better than Hampton when both are healthy.

You just can't ever accuse the Iowa offense of being anything special.

And no, the teams aren't close.

I've never said they were special. They had two true freshmen at RB who will be good in time though and they have an NFL TE, a few NFL olineman and some pretty solid WR's (as well as a young stud Keenan Davis). They return practically everyone too.

And Stanzi will get better. Will they have a dominant offense, no, but with a good oline, quality weapons and even solid QB play to go along with there defense that might be enough to make a run at a national title.

I don't know if it will happen but I have my eyes set on back to back BCS births.

Well, since they are at the bottom, there is no where else to go but up.

I hope they stay down and another team emerges. Maybe the Spartans step up.

Take it easy now. No need to kick the Michigan faithful while we're down.

Heads, why are you so convinced you have the best RB in the state?

Because I've watched him all year. I wouldn't have said it coming into the year.

Bulaga going pro.

Bulaga going pro.

He'd look real nice on the Bears. Too bad we don't have a pick in the 1st 2 rounds.

Clemens is in the building.

Quick, someone start drug-testing the longhorns.

"Hey, you know what would be a great idea? If, instead of having just Josh Groban do the national anthem, we had Flea of the red hot chili peppers on the base backing him up. Then some random dudes playing drums and brass."

Who are the advertising geniuses who came up with with that one?

And the acoustics were not good, levels seemed a bit off

This is a ridiculous start. Bama's absolutely idiotic fake punt on 4th and 23 in their own end? McCoy being out. That absurd short kick onside recovery. Wow.

If Arenas stays on his feet, that's a pick-6

this has been one of the strangest halves of football I've ever seen.

Barring a Texas comeback, this concludes the most boring college football season in a long time. Terrible Heisman winner, terrible Bowl games, etc.

There is no point in even turning on the second half if McCoy is out.

I feel like I've been robbed of a national championship game.

Shipley TD and now an onside kick...uh oh.

Texas has finally settled down. If only Williams didn't drop that TD in the first half and that really weird shovel pass didn't go for a pick 6.

Not anymore.

Ingram is going to be just like Thomas Jones in the NFL. Maybe a tough faster, but not as strong.
