December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 08:17 PM) Thanks Great great sig. I do wish we could get rid of the fire ozzie sig. If you go to that facebook page or whatever it is for fire ozzie there are like 2 posts on there. Geez, a real popular movement. What buzzkill on a great day. Keep Ozzie. Go Sox. Love Dunn/Paulie. The offseason is wonderful when your team makes moves and everybody is 0-0.
December 3, 201015 yr You're getting rid of the fire ozzie sig?? If so, thank you very much and Merry Christmas. I hate that sig.
December 3, 201015 yr Well, he's on the Sox website. That roster looks f***ing awesome with him included.
December 3, 201015 yr I've been gone most of the day, two quick questions: 1. Does anyone have a link for a video from the press conference if one available? 2. Do we know yet the exact structure on both AJ's and Dunn's contracts?
December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (ozzfest @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 02:41 PM) What jersey number did he take? It doesnt sound like it's been decided yet.
December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 02:45 PM) Dunn on with B&B in a minute. well, they should ask him directly about what was discussed and the expectations of DH and field for him
December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (TomPickle @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 02:47 PM) It looks like he'll still be #44. Peavy is still listed as 44 as well. Could be an MLB datebase thing.
December 3, 201015 yr Dunn's a smart man, says he's not moving to Chicago until after the winter. lol
December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 02:14 PM) I think I need to start selling blood so that I can get some season tickets once again. Yeah, seriously, fans need to acknowledge that JR is investing in the roster in a HUGE way going forward and come out and support the team.
December 3, 201015 yr Dunn's contract: 12/14/15/15 $$$$. Dunn will receive $12 million, $14 million, $15 million and $15 million as his contractual breakdown. - Scott Merkin Edited December 3, 201015 yr by justBLAZE
December 3, 201015 yr It's kind of ironic, watching the marathon of the Club on MLB Network, the Sox now have Adam Dunn AND Edwin Jackson (at least for now)
December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (Cali @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 03:26 PM) It's kind of ironic, watching the marathon of the Club on MLB Network, the Sox now have Adam Dunn AND Edwin Jackson (at least for now) I don't think E-Jax is going anywhere.

December 3, 201015 yr QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 05:11 PM) I don't think E-Jax is going anywhere. Not a chance IMO...

December 4, 201015 yr QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Dec 3, 2010 -> 04:11 PM) I don't think E-Jax is going anywhere. Do you think that maybe he'd tell Boras to get something done with the Sox if he has a good season, given that he has only been successful when he pitched for an ALC club, or do you think he's gone after the season? I assume you mean that he's not going anywhere this offseason, but what about when he becomes a FA? Does anybody think that there is any chance that Jackson stays in Chicago past 2011?
