This Freese guy should change his last name to Heat or something. He is on fire. Both starters getting into the sixth. Shocking. lol!

So... worst starters ever or best bullpens ever this postseason? This is unlike anything I've seen in the MLB postseason. Seems like forever ago that the Sox ALCS had all the CG's

LaRussa just showed why he is a better manager than Washington right there. lol! Now LaRussa will use about 7 pitchers to get 9 outs with the lead. lol!

These pitchers are being taken out with like only 80 or so pitches and no one really getting rocked.... it's the weirdest thing I've seen

When you know what Pinella would say..."I have to save my starter because he is going to start {unscheduled...might not exist] Game 5!" Wilson was probably taken out one batter too soon.

LaRussa loves his pen! That is why Carpenter is out. And also Craig is a better hitter than Carp. Playing under National League rules now. lol!

Giving JoeCoolMan a run for his money

One strike against Ron Washington. You carry 3 catchers, yet you pinch hit Esteban German (who?) instead of Torrealba right there?

"I said strike was 5 letters, I'm told it's actually 6."

I was wondering what word he was talking about.

Rhodes is getting a ring no matter what. Now having the ex-Ranger pitch to Hamilton. That was brilliant.

aRussa has used 4 pitchers so far to get 6 outs. He will use his whole bullpen every game. He doesn't care. His motley crue of a bullpen made up mainly of castoffs from other teams.

Heck, he burn through them..maybe they all are free agents next year. And LaRussa doesn't have a contract next year yet...just burn your bullpen.. the focus is 2011. lol!

This infrared cam is a bit creepy.

Haha I like it, and it actually came in handy in the 9th.

Cards bullpen get's greedy, St. Louis in 6.

1 down, 3 more to go...

Tony LaRussa made all the right moves last night, Washington didn't.

Low scoring games, huge aadvantage for St. Louis because it comes down to manager moves, LaRussa all day over Washington.

Bobby Valentine isn't my favorite, but Dan Shulman and Orel Hersheiser make for a real good listen on the radio. What a let down to get home and hear Dumb and Dumber on Fox.

Just saw the Clydesdales on their way to the stadium.

I cant believe that Nick Punto is a starting 2B in a World Series.

Ha, I'm with both of you guys, it is pretty creepy but definitely serves a purpose.

6 innings of ball, 4 hits. There's that pitching we've been missing.

When you throw 98 mph, it makes no sense to throw a 2 strike slider to someone trying to hit the ball to right field.

That ball that Pujols couldn't cut-off cost them the lead.

Tinker Tony

Good win for the Rangers. Hope they can grab game three.

Umm. So tonight Tony gets owned by Washington?

LaRussa makes THE WRONG choices in the pen late.

LaRussa calls for bunt in ninth; Punto can't get it down and whiffs.

Managing is overrated. Players win games; Rangers won this one late.

The godlike Tony got schooled by Washington. Why? Cause Texas won. I won't mention what the reax on this board woulda been if our manager called for a ninth-inning bunt and we couldn't get it down like Punto.
